1. The service
GTScope lists game servers, shows who plays on them and ranks them, and gives players and server owners tools around them. It is provided by Administratorul GTScope. The basic service is free.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older, or have the agreement of a parent.
- One account per person. The data you give must be true, and the password is yours to keep secret.
- You answer for what is done from your account. Tell us at once if someone else uses it.
- You can delete your account at any time, from its page.
3. What is not allowed
- Fake votes: bots, scripts, bought votes, votes from several accounts of the same person.
- Claiming a server or a nickname that is not yours, or pretending to be someone else.
- Spam, advertising in messages, reviews or applications, and content that is illegal, hateful, threatening or sexual.
- Listing a server that breaks the law or the rules of the game's publisher, or that lies about its players.
- Attacking the site, scanning it, copying its data in bulk, or getting around its limits.
4. Servers and their owners
The data of a server (name, map, players) is read from the server itself. Its owner answers for the server, for what its page says and for how it treats its players; GTScope does not run the servers and does not answer for them. An owner who claims a server confirms that they have the right to manage it.
5. What you publish
What you write stays yours. By publishing it on GTScope (reviews, descriptions, pictures, messages to a team) you allow us to show it on the site, for as long as it is published. You confirm you have the right to publish it. We may remove what breaks these terms.
6. Credits, XP, Premium and Pro
Credits and XP are points of the site, earned by taking part. They have no value in money, cannot be exchanged for money or moved to someone else, and may be changed or reset to keep the game fair. What is bought with them (Premium, Pro, looks, promotions) lasts for the time shown at the purchase. If services paid in money are ever offered, their price, the right to withdraw and the refund are told before payment, as the law asks.
7. Warnings, suspension, closing
If these terms are broken we may hide content, cancel votes or rewards, take a server off the lists, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious it is. You can ask us to look at such a decision again, by writing to us.
8. Availability and liability
We work for the site to be up and its data to be right, but it is offered as it is: it can stop for a while, and the data read from the servers can be late or wrong. As far as the law allows, we do not answer for losses that come from using the site or from the servers listed on it. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
9. Names and marks
GTScope, its look and its code belong to its owner. The names and logos of games belong to their publishers and are shown only to name the games.
10. Changes
When these terms change, their date above changes and the change is announced on the site before it applies. If you do not agree, you can delete your account; going on using it means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms follow Romanian law, the law of the country GTScope is run from. Write to us first: most things are solved that way. If you use GTScope as a consumer, you keep the protection the law of your own country gives you, and you may turn to its consumer authority or its courts (in Romania, the ANPC: anpc.ro).
